Abstract

This bachelor thesis addresses marketing research of autonomous low voltage power supplies. In the first part the autonomous supplies are devided according to the method of electric power generation. The autonomous power supplies are wind power plants, photovoltaic power plants, motor generators and back-up UPS. Furthermore, historical evolution, principles of functioning and basic division are described here. In the second part of this paper, continuity of supply and the options of energy storage from autonomous power supplies are dealt with. The third part is devoted to the description of autonomous power supplies market exploration in Czech Republic. This part of my thesis includes basic description of individual companies and as well as their main products. The thesis ends with final assessment of given sources.
