Posouzení činnosti profese mentálního kouče

Abstract

The goal of this bachelor's thesis is to assess whether the work of a mental coach makes sense from the clients' perspective (i.e. how they evaluate their satisfaction with the cooperation of their coach), and from the mental coach's side, (i.e. how he gain clients through marketing and whether his work is fulfilling and profitable at the same time). Two research methods were used for this bachelor thesis, namely an interview and a survey. This bachelor thesis showcases that there is interest in the selected mental coach, that the evaluation of his work is very positive and that he brings clear benefits for the athletes. For the coach himself, his work brings him joy, gives him a living and has an overall positive meaning for him.
