Analýza a vyhodnocení komunikace mezi týmy ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

This thesis deals with communication between teams in a selected company. The aim was to answer the research questions concerning employee access to information, movement between teams within the company and whether team meetings are held at least once a week. The evaluation was based on a questionnaire survey where 60 respondents from the selected company answered. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part we will learn about the concepts that are related to communication and teamwork. The practical part focuses on the evaluation of the questionnaire survey and recommendations on selected issues. The results show that employees are satisfied with communication in most cases, however, there are some issues that management should work on because they will lead to better functioning and employee satisfaction.
