Abstract

The task of this master thesis was the design of urbanism and also building serving as a restaurant, facilities for yacht club and a museum. The area of interest is located in Prague – Holešovice. A great opportunity of the location is accessibility to river, which I tried to make more comfortable for visitors. Also possibility for lunching boats to the Vltava river was given. Cooperation between urban greenery and buildings itself was also important due to lack of urban greenery in big cities. The thesis is divided into two sections namely the theoretical parts and practical parts. The theoretical parts is further divided into exploration, text part and urbanistic and practical part into text and drawing. In the project, I dealt with the solution of the exterior and interior in terms of functionality and aesthetic.
