Abstract

Purpose of bachelor thesis is to analyze options of development of culture in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm laid on to theoretical and practical basis of the topic. There were five options found during the process of solving the problem. Two options were found the most realistic. In the thesis there were set investment expenditures, operating expenditures as well as incomes. There has been made financial and economical analysis of the project in next step. Financial analysis has found both options problematic, indicator results have been in negative numbers. Socio-economic benefits were added in the last step. Final outputs of economical analysis have revealed second option is better for realization.
