Optimalizace nákupního systému firmy

Abstract

In this thesis a design of optimization of the company´s purchasing system is worked out, specifically the optimization of the ordering process of the indirect material and services. The optimization refers to the existing manufacturing company which is not further specified in the thesis. The optimization is based on the theoretical knowledge of the subject which was gained by studying of the literature of selected authors. In the practical part a current state of the purchasing and ordering process in the company is worked out and there are identified problem areas of individual processes. The solutions of identified problems are suggested. These solutions are incorporated into the design of optimized process of the indirect material and services ordering.
