Analýza způsobilosti procesu tepelného zpracování kruhových výrobků

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is the process capability analysis of the circular heat treated products in BONATRANS GROUP a.s.. Theoretical part analyses the newest knowledge from the process capability analysis area. The BONATRANS GROUP a.s. current status about the capability evaluation is introduced in the second part of the thesis. The third, practical part, describes the heat treatment process and the Brinell hardness test. The process is described in accordance with the actual BONATRANS GROUP a.s. situation. The fourth part includes the particular Process capability analysis of the circular heat treated products. The analysis is executed by the basic quality management tools in conjunction with the statistical methods application. By the end, based on the gained knowledge there is proposed an appropriate solution of the particular process capability evaluation in BONATRANS GROUP a.s..
