Návrh znovuvyužítí brownfieldu zámku v Polance nad Odrou

Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is to propose the reuse of the castle in Polanka nad Odrou. The thesis is divided into two parts, namely the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part deals with the processing of available information on brownfields, history and the present state of the castle. The practical part of the thesis deals mainly with its own proposal for reuse of the castle in Polanka nad Odrou, it also processes a questionnaire, which deals with selected object and also specification of individual services provided in similar facilities. The practical part of the thesis is further elaborated by the design of the castle surroundings, the estimated costs and revenues and the possibilities of financing the project. Last but not least, the work includes visualization of 3D designs of selected rooms.
