Abstract

The Bachelor thesis deals with the project concentrating on building constructional design, in accordance with requests of building control. The other part of this thesis deals with technological process where the main task is to define methods focused on the realization of a building. The subject of the project documentation is a new flat- building situated on the flat grassy property in the urban area of the village Bystřice nad Olší. The designed four-floor flat-building has been constructed with three above-ground floors where there are five flats on each one and one sublevel floor where there are situated technical rooms with the basement boxes for each flat. The building object has been designed as a monolithic framed structure building with the beam ceramic filling. The integral part of the project is the alternative standard timber frame of the roof with folded roof cover.
