Abstract

The thesis is focused on analyzing the effects of two components of the principle of non-discrimination in international trade, namely the principles of most favoured nation and national treatment. The aim is to describe the current development of both principles and point out any deficiencies in their application. In the first part, the regulation of the international trade is described, then analysis of both principles in applicable legislation follows and the last part is devoted to the real application of the principles in the international trade environment.
