Abstract
Bachelor thesis deals with video surveillance systems and their use in practice. The theoretical part defines the position of video surveillance system among the other security systems, deals with their characteristics and analysis legislative requirements imposed on video surveillance systems. The practical part is focused on the city Kopřivnice, selects it’s critical places and the result is the submited proposal to restore the current security of the village with a video surveillance system.
