Sociálně-demografické vlastnosti respondenta jako faktor finanční gramotnosti

Abstract

Cílem bakalářská práce je identifikovat a zhodnotit vliv vybraných sociálně-demografických faktorů na úroveň finanční gramotnosti respondentů. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy spojené s finanční gramotností a přehled finančních produktů. Součástí je také zhodnocení úrovně finanční gramotnosti v České republice a v mezinárodním srovnání. Praktická část se skládá z metodologie a následně z vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření, jehož cílem je zjistit úroveň finanční gramotnosti respondentů a identifikovat rozdíly z pohledu vybraných sociálně-demografických vlastností. Na základě získaných výsledků jsou formulována doporučení směřující ke zlepšení finanční gramotnosti respondentů daného průzkumného souboru. Konkrétně se jedná o rozvoj finanční gramotnosti formou cílené osvěty a prakticky orientovaných workshopů.

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to identify and evaluate the impact of selected sociodemographic factors on the respondents’ level of financial literacy. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical section. The theoretical section defines basic concepts related to financial literacy and provides an overview of financial products. It also includes an assessment of the level of financial literacy in the Czech Republic and in an international comparison. The practical part consists of the methodology and subsequently the evaluation of a questionnaire survey, the aim of which is to determine the level of financial literacy among respondents and to identify differences based on selected socio-demographic characteristics. Based on the results obtained, recommendations are formulated aimed at improving the financial literacy of the respondents in the given survey sample. Specifically, this involves developing financial literacy through targeted awareness campaigns and practice-oriented workshops.
