Analýza vlivů na užitné vlastnosti lanových drátů

Abstract

Diplomová práce, na téma „Analýza vlivů na užitné vlastnosti lanových drátů“, byla realizována v ŽDB DRÁTOVNA a.s., na provoze TPD za účelem snížení počtu přetrhů u tažených lanových drátů při zpracování u zákazníka. Teoretická část diplomové práce obsahuje úvod do problematiky snížených užitných vlastností tažených drátů, charakteristiku výroby ocelového drátu, přehled technologických operací při výrobě tažených drátů a základní rozdělení vad materiálu nebo výrobku. V experimentální části diplomové práce je uveden postup určení hranice (hloubky) povrchových vad finálních tažených drátů, vlivy snížené hodnoty počtu krutů, průběh testování únavových cyklů a krutů, metody sledování příčin snížených užitných vlastností drátu a Ověřování kvality svarů finálně tažených drátů na provoze JT. Závěr bakalářské práce určuje hlavní příčiny přetrhů, popisuje provedená opatření a kontroly a nabízí celkové vyhodnocení přetrhů u zákazníka.

The present thesis dealing with “ Analysis of the effects on rope wires manufacture qualities“ was executed in the company ŽDB DRÁTOVNA a.s., in plant TPD in order to reduce the number of breaks of the drawn rope wires during processing at the clients. The theoretical part of the thesis contains an introduction of reduced manufacture qualities of drawn wires, steel wire production characteristics, review of technological operations in the production of drawn wires and basic description of material or product defects. In the experimental part of the thesis is the procedure of determining the limits (depth) of surface defects in the final drawn rope wires, the influence of reduced value of torsions, the testing of fatigue cycles and torsions, methods of monitoring the causes of reduced manufacture qualities of wire and verifying the quality of the welds final drawn rope wires in plant JT. The final part of the thesis identifies the main causes of breaks, describes implemented measures and control, provides an overall assessment of breaks at the clients.
