Oceňování snižování emisí

Abstract

This dissertation deals with the valuation of abatement. The theoretical part is devoted to the problem of air pollution and the issue of emission reduction valuation. The main part of the dissertation is the proposal of appropriate measures leading to the reduction of pollutant emissions from individual sources of pollution in the area of interest, which is the city of Ostrava, and the evaluation of their effect. Another topic addressed in the practical part is the valuation of emission reduction. Within the framework of the solution, an analysis of the current state of the air in the area of interest was carried out. On the basis of the understanding of the causes of this situation, a set of measures was then proposed that are expected to have a positive effect on the reduction of emissions from transport, industrial sources and local heating plants. The effect of these measures was also expressed. Last but not least, the economics of greening the individual pollution sources was then expressed on a source-specific basis.
