Návrh podnikatelského plánu pro biofarmu

Abstract

The Bechelor work is focused on a business plan for an organic farm. The subject of the business is production and sale of tradition and regional milk and meat products in specialized shop in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm. The first part of work is focused on individual legal forms of business, theory for business plan, his comparison between three authors and individual methods and technologys. The second part is focused on basis of business plan by author Gerald Schwetje. In that business plan are used individual types of analysis such as PEST and SWOT analysis, Michael Porter's five forces competition theory model, value chain, marketing mix and financial analysis. In third part are describe results of questionnaire research.
