Testování Hopplerova viskozimetru za účelem inovace měření v bezpečnostním inženýrství

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on testing the Höppler viscometer and the change in dynamic viscosity as a function of temperature for demineralized water, ethanol and 60% sucrose solution. The first part of this work deals with the current state of knowledge of the researched issue, where it describes the difference between fluid and liquid, dynamic and kinematic viscosity, the dividing into Newtonian and non-Newtonian fluids and the description of viscosity measurement procedures. The second experimental part of the work presents the selection of used fluids and the subsequent determination the effect of temperature on viscosity. At the end of the work, the measured values are evaluated and graphically processed.
