Měření spokojenosti návštěvníků kina

Abstract

The bachelor thesis concentrates on measuring satisfaction of visitors of the cinema. The goal of the thesis is the current satisfaction of visitors with services of „Minikino kavárna“. The theoretical part explains the basic terms which relate to satisfaction of visitors, services and also basic characteristics of “Minikino kavárna” is described. For the practical part an analysis based on electronic and written survey had been done. Using the results, suggestions and recommendations are formulated and can be used to improve the satisfaction of visitors.
