Abstract

This Bachelor‘s thesis deals with employee satisfaction in wholesale. The aim is to find out employee satisfaction with aspects of labour. This thesis is focused on an employee motivation and a reference to employer. Basic concepts relating to a satisfaction are explained in the theoretical chapter. In the practical chapter is characterised the chosen company and questionnaires are accomplished. Company situation is evaluated on the basic of these results. In the next chapter are advanced recommendations how to improve employee satisfaction in particular company.
