Zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti výrobního podniku

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the competitive ability of a small firm. The firm´s branch of business is wood production and construction work. The evaluation is performed using chosen methods which are focused on assessing the internal and external environment of the firm. The results of individual methods are subsequently summed up in a SWOT analysis. In conclusion the competitive advantages of the chosen firm are identified using acquired knowledge. Some new recommendations to maintain or to improve discovered situation are suggested.
