Abstract

The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the preparation of a selected part of the project documentation for the construction of a family house, located on plots No. 4988 and 4989 in the cadastral area of Slezská Ostrava [714828]. The structure of the documentation has been prepared and adjusted to an appropriate extent in accordance with the requirements of VŠB–TUO, Annex No. 1 and Annex No. 9 of Decree No. 131/2024 Coll. The basis for the thesis was an architectural study developed within the course Architectural Design Studio V during the academic year 2025/2026 under the supervision of Ing. arch. Radim Václavík. This study was subsequently further elaborated into the level of project documentation for partial construction within the course Bachelor’s Thesis Seminar in the same academic year, supervised by Ing. Filip Čmiel, Ph.D. The bachelor’s thesis consists of both a written and a drawing part, which have been prepared in the required scope and in accordance with the assignment of the thesis in the field of architecture.
