Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on the process of selection and adaptation of employees in the chosen organization. The aim of this work is to analyze this process and to formulate proposals and recommendations for its improvement. First of all, the process of selection and adaptation of employees is described in theory according to the scientific literature. In the practical part there are introduced characteristics of the chosen organization and the method of selection and adaptation process of employees. Recommended proposals for changes to the process of selection and adaptation of employees are based on the internal materials of organization, results of questionnaire research and personal experience with one part of the selection procedure in organization.
