Financial Analysis of Selected Company

Abstract

For the sake of analyzing financial health of the selected company, Hutchison Whampoa limited, we use two main financial analysis methods which are common-size analysis and financial ratio analysis which are based on the data from balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement,to perform the analysis. This thesis is divided into 5 chapters. The first and last chapter are introduction and inclusion. The second chapter introduce three main statements which are balance sheet, income statement and Cash flow statement. Following statements,the financial analysis methodologies, which will be used in the thesis including common-size analysis and financial ratio analysis, are introduced in detail. The third and forth chapter are introduction and explanation of the company's financial statement. After the main text,we list the reference and useful data as attachment.
