Formalizace a řízení firemních procesů

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is identification and description of company processes, analyze these processes and then suggest a solution and make optimalization of the selected process. The theoretically-methodological part include description of the basic concepts of process management, functional management, proces management and differences between both types of the management, benefits of process management, PDCA cycle, Six Sigma method, ISO 9001 and TQM method, process reengineering and methodologies, process monitoring and measurement and proces analysis. The current state analysis include description of the company, organization structure, software and processes in the company. There is description of optimalization of selected proces in the next chapter.
