Abstract

The subject of the diploma thesis is an elaborated plan serving for preparedness of mayors and municipal bodies. Introductory part of the thesis focuses on the theoretical basis for solving problems and showing the structure of the response plan. The specific plan is divided into three parts. The first part provides basic information about the plan, possible risks and also the characteristic of the municipality and legislation. The second part of the plan consists of a detailed analysis of procedures and measures in the extraordinary events in the municipality. The last part is mainly designed to help to protect the population in the municipality. The plan also introduces the Crisis Staff of the municipality. Conclusion offers an emergency card for comprehensive overview of security in the municipality.
