Abstract

This dissertation is divided into two parts. The first part contains project for building approval of a four-storied multifunctional house. The multifunctional house is located in the Jablunkov urban area in the Pilana district. The plan contains graphical part as well as rich in detail project documentation. The second part is focused on the concept of the construction site arrangement in particular stages of the multifunctional house construction. Each phase includes the construction site layout drawing, detailed technical report and a build-up schedule. The additional part of the dissertation contains a technological standard for conducting groundwork including the draft of a mechanical set.
