Administrativní budova - Palmovka

Abstract

The diploma thesis presents a design of office building with an additional function and its public space. The design is located on an undeveloped area around Palmovka in Prague 8. In the past there were the Prague-Libeň lower railway station and the Rustonka factory. An analysis of the area and finding a suitable place for the design of the office building is assumed. The building is developed with a knowledge of typologies and added functions. The design also includes a public space adjacent to the building. The intention was to achieve a solution of architectural and urban quality.
