Analýza vybraných personálních činností ve vybraném průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

The thesis addresses and evaluates selected human resource activities in AFSI Europe s. r. o. company dealing with exclusive production of oil filters for Caterpillar, s. r. o. company. I described and divided the human resource management concept into overall 2 chapters of the theoretical parts – backgrounds. The practical part is devoted tothe evaluation of information obtained from surveys made in the company. Five human resource activities were analysed and the response to the main research issue was divided into five auxiliary quastions.The conclusion of my thesis contains recommendation which could be a reflection forthe company when improving human resource activities.
