Bydlení pro seniory - Kobeřice

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh objektu pro bydlení seniorů v Kobeřicích na parc. č. 318/1 a současně i s návrhem řešení oddychových zón a okolí nového objektu na této parcele. Za tímto účelem byl proveden rozbor problematiky současného stavu lokality a na základě shromážděných poznatků o území a jeho potřebách byl vytvořen adekvátní návrh objektu pro bydlení seniorů. Objekt je řešen s ohledem na zásady bezbariérového užívání vnějších i vnitřních prostor osobami s omezenou schopností pohybu a orientace a to ve 2 variantách. Diplomová práce je vypracována pro vybranou variantu dle požadavků vyhl. č. 499/2006 Sb., o dokumentaci staveb, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, s řešením vybraných detailů.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the design of an object for housing of seniors in Kobeřice on the parcel number 318/1 and at the same time with the design of recreational zones and the surrounding area of the proposed building on this plot. To this end, an analysis of the current state of the site is carried out and on the basis of the collected knowledge about the territory and its needs is created an adequate design of the housing for seniors. The object will be solved with respect to the principles of barrier-free use of external and internal spaces by persons with limited mobility and orientation in 2 variants. The diploma thesis is prepared for selection according to the requirements of Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., On documentation of constructions, as amended, with the solution of selected details.
