Analýza personálního managementu ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Personnel management occupies an important role in corporate governance. Bachelor's thesis is therefore focused on analysis of personnel management. The analysis focuses on selected areas such as recruitment and selection, remuneration of workers, health and safety at work and working conditions. The analysis examines and evaluates the details in selected areas of personnel management. The analysis suggests and recommends changes in both work and social areas and also suggests ways to motivate workers. This analysis provided information which was used to propose changes in the company.
