Abstract
The subject of this bachelor thesis is evaluation of the quality of chosen healthcare facility’s service.
The target of this work is to evaluate present patients’ satisfaction with service provided by healthcare facility and to propose measures which would lead to quality improvement of provided service.
Theoretical part of this thesis is dedicated to explanation of the term “quality”, collection of data, tools and methods used for evaluation and design of improvements.
Practical part deals with evaluating of data obtained from questionnaire survey and subsequent analysis on which the recommended solutions for improvement of provided service’s quality are based.
