Hodnocení konkurenceschopnosti malé obchodní firmy

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the competitiveness of a small business company Sportovní kurzy.cz, s. r. o., to find its competitive advantage and based on the results of methods to formulate proposals and recommendations for increasing the competitiveness of the company. Theoretical part describes the basic concepts and methods for evaluating competitiveness, which are important for understanding the practical part of the work. In practical part, PESTLE analysis, Porter's model of five competitive forces, financial analysis and SWOT analysis are applied. Finally, all methodological findings were summarized, on the basis of which recommendations were proposed.
