Abstract
This bachelor thesis titled Marketing Communication Design of a Logistics Services Company focuses on the analysis of the current marketing communication of the company Logistikon s.r.o., which provides logistics services on the B2B market. The aim is to evaluate the existing forms of customer communication and propose effective suggestions and recommendations to increase the company's visibility and attractiveness. The thesis draws on theoretical foundations of marketing and uses quantitative research in the form of a questionnaire survey conducted among companies using logistics services. Based on the results, specific steps are proposed to improve the website presentation, utilize social media, and targer selected market segments.
