Abstract

Bachelor thesis entitled "Starting business“ and is aimed at establishing a fictitious company with limited liability. The company will be located in the village of Hať and will offer fitness facilities. The main object and purpose of this thesis was to find a market niche, fill it and try to assert itself as a successful entrepreneur. This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, a theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the basic information necessary to understand the issue. The practical part will find particular application in practice due to the example of establishing a limited liability company, Power Plate Studio 4U Ltd in the village of Hať.
