Potencionální riziko mikrobiální kontaminace při kompostování odpadů

Abstract

This bachelor thesis introduces pathogenic microorganisms and their appearance in a compost, which was created by degradation of biological, communal metarials. The first part of bachelor work describes a compost and its pros,cons. Work is also focused on factors, which have impact on a process of composting and also on a diversification of a composting in light of manipulating with materials, types and technology of composting.The main part of my work includes microorganisms, especially pathogenic kinds occuring in the compost.
