Využití odpadního tepla kogenerační jednotky

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on utilization of waste heat of cogeneration unit, where source of waste heat are exhaust gases and hot coolant in engine. Exhaus gas heat exchanger is used for heat recovery from the exhaust. A suitable commercially available exhaust gas exchanger was selected based on tentative calculations. The rest of exhaus systém was also designed and manufactured for the best performance in heat recovery and noise reduction. Design and manufacturing of water circuit was also performer. The testing and measuring was performed on designed solution. The results are evaluated in graphs in the end of this thesis, where are also further recommendations for future improvements.
