Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with mathematical models of car suspension. The thesis contains a general introduction to the issue of the vehicle suspension construction where a detailed focus is paid on the issue of the selected vehicle suspension construction. Mathematical models for one quarter of vehicle suspension are presented in the following part of the thesis. The chosen parameters of vehicle suspension are applied in to the mathematical models and simulation models are developed in the environment Matlab/ Simulink. The conducted simulations for the intended road surface are realized here. Furthermore, passive damping controller familiarization, subsequent adjustment of differential equations on the passive damping, and its parameters determination are treated in the thesis. Performed simulation follows then. The obtained results are evaluated at the end of this thesis.
