Abstract

The topic of my thesis is advertising regulation in health. The aim of this work is to inform the public about the legal aspects related to the regulation of advertising in health care for us as an amendment in this area and make comparisons with the laws and regulations in selected countries. The work is divided into three chapters. The first chapter deals with the basic concepts and general advertising and the species, in the second chapter refers to the current legislation of the Act on Regulation of Advertising and its planned amendment and the third section deals with the consequences of infringements in the field of competition.
