Zhodnocení hospodaření vybrané nemocnice založené městem

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení hospodaření Bohumínské městské nemocnice v letech 2013−2018. Tato nemocnice byla založena městem Bohumín v právní formě akciové společnosti. Teoretická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na vymezení zdravotní politiky, zdravotní péče a struktury sítě poskytovatelů zdravotní péče v Moravskoslezském kraji. Praktická část práce se zaměřuje na analýzu hospodaření vybrané nemocnice a následné zhodnocení činnosti a hospodaření nemocnice ve sledovaných letech. Na základě výsledků hospodaření bylo zjištěno, že nemocnice je v každém roce ztrátová s výjimkou let 2015 a 2016, kdy byl výsledek hospodaření vyrovnaný. V závěru práce jsou provedeny návrhy pro zlepšení hospodaření této nemocnice.

The bachelor's thesis aims to evaluate the management of the Bohumin Municipal Hospital in the years 2013–2018. This hospital was founded by the city of Bohumin in the legal form of a joint-stock company. The theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis is focused on defining health policy, health care, and the structure of the network of health care providers in the Moravian-Silesian region. The practical part of the work focuses on the analysis of the management of a selected hospital and the subsequent evaluation of the activities and management of the hospital in the monitored years. Based on the financial results, was found that the hospital is loss-making every year, except in 2015 and 2016 when the financial results were balanced. At the end of the work, proposals are made to improve the management of this hospital.
