Nástroj pro analýzu dat z databáze restrikčních enzymů

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the development of a tool for analyzing data from the REBASE restriction enzyme database. The goal is to build an application capable of sequence comparison, visualization, clustering, and prediction of recognition sites of restriction enzymes. The application implements Needleman-Wunsch and Smith-Waterman algorithms for sequence alignment, various biological features for clustering, and deep learning for motif prediction. The results are presented using tables and visualizations.
