Analýza a hodnocení rizik při stáčení chlóru ve Spolchemii, a.s.

Abstract

The thesis is focused on identifying potential risks during transportation and storage of chlorine rail tank car. With handling a hazardous substance occurs in severe situations which due to technical failure or human error, leading to the incident. Use of risk analysis has mapped the current status of business methods of the FTA and ETA. Results of modeling through the Aloha are drawn to illustrate the detailed map. At the end of the analysis and risk assessment have been proposed technical and systemic measures.
