Abstract

In my Diploma work I decided to write about the successful Financial Management and Controls in the Company. I analyzed the Financial Control Systems and then practically implemented it in a specific Company. In the first part of my work I fully utilized available literature to describe the theory of Financial Management and Controls to improve the performance and Financial Reporting of the company. After that I precisely described practical usage of the Controlling theory in a Specific Subject and focused on analyzing the Reporting methods in the Subsidiary Company. I compared the results of my Analysis to commonly practiced reporting methods which are administered by the foreign owners of the Company to manage their Business. Through this analytical comparison, I was able to recommend positive improvements to the Financial Management and Control System of the company while eliminating some unnecessary steps to ensure a smooth yet very detailed and fool proof financial management and control methods. I am confident that Application of my recommendations should improve the Financial Management and Controls as well as profitability of the Company. My Diploma work was aimed to fully analyze the practical application of Financial Management and Control System in the chosen Company and also to suggest improvements to the system which will increase the financial health of the company.
