Digitální nástroje posouzení rizik pro kadeřnické služby

Abstract

This diploma thesis is focused on the development of a new digital tool for the needs of occupational risk assessment in hairdressing services. The purpose of the tool is to assist the self-employed and employers with a maximum of 25 employees to carry out one of the basic duties in the field of safety and health at work. To fulfill the aim of the work, the first part is devoted to the analysis of the issue of risk assessment and the obligations arising from the legislation. The second part of the thesis deals with the analysis of available tools, data collection at selected subjects and the creation of the content and functional aspects of the tool.
