Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is to introduce the issue of personal marketing. This thesis introduces the basic concepts that are crucial for this area. With the field of personal marketing and personal marketing divides the inner and outer part. Proposed combination of internal and external personnel marketing staff to improve the functioning of marketing as a whole. Each chapter describes the personal activities of its personnel marketing objectives and benefits. In the practical part the personal marketing his analysis of the current situation in the company, and the subsequent synthesis designed to address the identified deficiencies.
