Abstract
The thesis deals with the marketing analysis company KOVO – NEREZ, s. r. o. Internal and external environment is studied using Porter's five forces model, PEST analysis, SWOT analysis, extended math options and opportunities and nuts plus and minus. Using SWOT analysis I have summarized the findings and then propose recommendations.
