Cizinci na českém trhu práce a jejich podnikání

Abstract

Zaměstnanost cizinců se řadí v současnosti mezi velmi důležitá témata nejen v ČR, ale také v jiných vyspělých zemích světa, které mají problém se stárnutím obyvatelstva. Cílem této práce je vymezit strukturu a postavení cizinců přicházejících do ČR za účelem podnikání. Práce se zabývá definicí a teoriemi migrace, legislativními podmínkami pro zaměstnání a podnikání cizinců, rozložením podnikajících cizinců z hlediska regionů a krajů v ČR, kam se přicházejí se usadit ať již natrvalo nebo dočasně, dále pak z jakých zemí přicházejí cizinci do ČR: ze zemí EU nebo z tzv. „třetích zemí“. Celá práce se orientuje na imigraci podnikajících cizinců do ČR, protože se v posledních letech neustále zvyšuje jejich počet. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do tří stěžejních částí. První část je zaměřena na teoretické souvislosti migrace. Ve druhé části jsou analyzováni cizinci z pohledu geografického, regionálního a podle pohlaví. Třetí část je zaměřena na opatření a doporučení v oblasti migrace, které mají zlepšit postavení cizinců na trhu práce v ČR.

Employment of foreigners currently ranks among the most important issues not only in the CR but also in other developed countries which have a problem with an aging population. The aim of this work is to define the structure and status of foreigners coming to the Republic for business purposes. The work deals with definitions and theories of migration, legislative conditions for employment and business of foreigners, foreign distribution business in terms of regions and counties in the Republic, where they come to settle either temporarily or permanently, then what country they come from foreigners in the CR: by country EU or the so-called "third countries". The entire work is focused on the immigration of foreigners doing business in the Republic, because in recent years, steadily increasing in number. Diplom work is divided into three main sections. The first part focuses on the theoretical context of migration. In the second part is analyzed in terms of foreign geographical, regional and gender. The third section focuses on actions and recommendations for migration to improve the situation for foreigners in the Czech republic.
