Abstract
This bachelor's thesis deals with milling of a 3D printed headlight frame. The thesis provides an introduction to milling technology. It also describes working the preparation for attaching the frame into a CNC machine. Then the thesis contains description of SolidCAM programming, selection of appropriate tools and parameters for working the preparation and the frame. The final part presents characteristics of hardness and surface roughness of the frame during various parts of the milling.
