Abstract

This thesis deals with the construction of office buildings in Ostrava, which will be used fot the needs of the District Social Security Administration. The project is focused on technology of pile foundation and implementation of the retaining walls. The new office building is designed as a building with four floors and a partially recessed floor. The object is a rectangle-shaped and the dimensions of the ground plan are 30.6 x27, 8 m. The building and its adjacent paved areas are designed for the use of people with reduced mobility. The land affected by the construction of the building is owned by the City of Ostrava. Construction drawings and the technological part were developed in accordance with current standards. The thesis has 129 pages.
