Geometrický plán pre vyznačenie budovy

Abstract

The goal of this bachelor work was to elaborate a geometric plan for the construction focus which serves as the technical support for the needs for the issue of the certificate of occupancy for the usage of the building and its land registration. The work deals with general information about the geometric plans and their processing in accordance with applicable legislation in the first part. The second part deals with the practical processing of a specific geometric plan in the cadastral area of Skalica,from the obtaining information,surveying and computing tasks to the creation of the graphic originals of the geometric plans and recording detailed measurements of changes.

Úlohou bakalárskej práce bolo vypracovanie geometrického plánu na zameranie stavby ako technického podkladu pre potreby vydania kolaudačného rozhodnutia na užívanie stavby a jej zápis do katastra nehnuteľností. V prvej časti sa práca zaoberá všeobecnými informáciami o geometrických plánoch a ich spracovaní v zmysle platnej legislatívy. Druhá časť pojednáva o praktickom spracovaní konkrétneho geometrického plánu v katastrálnom území Skalica, od získania podkladov, cez meračské a výpočtové úkony, po tvorbu grafických originálov geometrického plánu a záznamu podrobného merania zmien.
