Typologie škrobových zrn v abiosestonu odpadních vod

Abstract

This thesis deals with the microscopic analysis of water and the indicators for application of this methods. The thesis is focused on particles of abioseston – starch granules. In the first part there is mentioned qualitative and quantitative methods of water quality evaluation and then microbiological indicators. In experimental part of thesis there is processed determination of abioseston type and the coverage evaluation of the wastewater from the food industry. Then there is atlas of starch granules in thesis, which should bring more information for the microscopic analysis. In the end there is mentioned proposals and recommendations for improvement of existing methods.
