Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with the SWOT analysis of the company Parker Hannifin Ltd. SWOT analysis were used for further analysis, external environment (PEST and Porter five forces) and internal environment (VRIO method). Based on the evaluation of the aforementioned analysis, originated overview of the current status of the company, together with the possibilities that a company can use in the future for other strategic planning.
